Jean Gardner Cole is infant development specialist, educator, trainer, author and consultant. She is Trainer Emeritus in The Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale and has worked with the scale since 1981. She is also the director of NIDCAP¨ training at the Boston Medical Center NICU, Division of Neonatology, and is Adjunct Instructor in Pediatrics at Boston University School of Medicine. Ms. Cole specializes in neurodevelopmental assessment and intervention with at risk infants.
